Overview

Pencil for Notion ("the App") is developed by Daniel Meininger. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your data.

Data Collection

Pencil for Notion does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking tools are used
• No personal information is collected
• No data is sent to external servers
• No third-party SDKs are included
• No cookies or identifiers are used

Data Storage

All notes and drawings are stored locally on your iPad using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a note via the iOS Share Sheet.

When you export a note:

• A temporary PNG file is created on your device
• You choose the destination app (e.g., Notion, Files, Mail)
• The temporary file is deleted after the Share Sheet is dismissed
• The developer has no access to shared files

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
